Italian Marketing & Sales Assistant

We are a privately owned accommodation company looking for a multi-lingual Marketing Assistant –Italian, French and English – to work as part of our enthusiastic team.
For the past twenty years AccommodationLondon have specialised in providing accommodation for people who are visiting London on working holidays. www.accommodationlondon.net
We are looking for bright and organized person with a marketing background and interest in travel.
Candidates must have good use of the English language, hold a full driving license, and must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Skills Required:
- Excellent IT skills
- Applicant must be at least bilingual (English and Italian – any other European language would be advantage) with good speaking and writing ability
- Time management skills, the ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Highly numerical, experienced in creating spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Comfortable with cold calling and telesales techniques

Position will involve:
- To undertake research into new markets
- General administrative tasks
- Respond to clients promptly and professionally
-Generate new requests and follow up into sales
- Create weekly reports of sales performance
